Egg White Omelette

 

4-5 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg whites

2 tbsp milk

cutt up as many veggies as desires

Cook in 1 tsp Olive oil

Serve on Piece of toast

Nutritional Advice

 

Make sure to drink lots of water (8 cups or more a day)

Have plenty of rest (at least 7-8 hours sleep a night)

Eat  well balanced meals (5-6 smaller balanced portions a day)

These 3 important things will keep you feeling well balanced and energized

both physically and mentally.
